Pole Top Transfer Switch

- Manually operated
- Used in Central metered applications where the user would like to supply standby power to his entire property.
- Transfer Handle is located at the bottom of the pole
- Emergency side contacts are wired from the switch down the pole to a generator receptacle. (5120 or 5180 plug systems are typically used for connecting the generator to the switch. See below)
