Customer first approach, processing service department work orders and creating invoices, submitting warranty claims, service inventory control, scanning backup documentation and other general administration duties as assigned.
This role will also be a backup to the service coordinator and will include assisting with incoming service and warranty related phone calls and emails from customers in a polite, professional, and timely manner as well as assisting with quoting preventative maintenance contracts and repairs.
